PAT1 iNTANWALT £) I3> L. ANDREAS WEISER KUROPEAN PATENT AND TRADEMARK ATTORNEY Λ-1130 WIEN KOPFGASSE 7 03907 STEYR MANNLICHER Holding GmbH A-4442 Kleinraming (AT) The present invention relates to a striking mechanism for a firearm, comprising a housing in which a resiliently biased firing pin is guided in a guide which is durable by means of a detent catch of a catching piece verra-stenden firing pin flag in a tensioned position, radially on one side of the Striker is, wherein the firing pin is guided over at least one roller in the guide. For the needs of snipers, hunters and the use in shooting sports high-precision firearms are often required, which can be sensitively operated by the shooter so that the shooting accuracy is not affected. For this purpose, it is desirable to reduce the deduction train weight of the firearm, so that the shooter can trigger the shot with little effort when pressing the trigger. In order to meet the above requirements, in US 5 024 139 already a knock-off mechanism of the type mentioned was presented, which is used in semi-automatic pistols. In the known knock-down mechanism, the firing pin carries a lateral firing pin lug in which a roller is mounted, which rolls on a linear guide of the housing of the weapon to the Schlagbolzen ": (+43 1) 879 17 06 · FAX: (I 43 1 ) 879 17 07 KMAIL .MAIlXf ^ l'ATKNTli.NliT · WEB: VI / WW-PATHNT-NliT HUSTE BANK: 038-56704 Cl. The firing pin itself is guided in a conventional manner in a bore of the closure sliding friction. Due to the asymmetrical lateral arrangement of the firing pin flag, the firing pin can tilt relative to the housing, whereby an increased friction occurs, which in turn increases the trigger weight. The invention has for its object to provide a knock-down mechanism for a firearm with reduced trigger weight. This object is achieved with a knock-off mechanism of the type mentioned, which is characterized according to the invention in that the roller is located radially on the side opposite the firing pin flag side of the firing pin. By the knock-off mechanism according to the invention, the firing pin is supported in its leadership by a radially adjacent thereto roller which diametrically opposite to the firing pin flag and the snapping fish piece, which compensates for the force exerted by the catch on the firing pin flag on the firing pin radial force component. As a result, tilting of the firing pin is prevented in his leadership and minimizes the friction occurring between the firing pin and housing, which in turn significantly reduces the trigger weight. As a result, the operational wear of the entire knock-down mechanism is reduced, so that safety against operational disturbances can be guaranteed in the long term. The reduction of the occurring forces and friction in the knock-down mechanism also allows a uniform, almost linear trigger characteristic of the firearm. In principle, it is possible to store the roll directly on the firing pin. Particularly preferably, however, the roller is rotatably mounted on the housing, which eliminates a separate guide for the sliding of the roller in the housing. According to another preferred feature of the invention, exactly one role of the firing pin lug diametrically opposite, whereby a very compact design of the firearm can be achieved. According to an alternative preferred embodiment of the invention are two roles of the firing pin flag symmetrical and opposite with oblique axes of rotation. As a result, the frictional forces opposing the movement of the firing pin can be further reduced. Moreover, the height of the weapon can be reduced by the use of inclined rollers, which reduces the leverage of the recoil and thus increases the shot accuracy. Preferably, the axes of rotation of the two rollers are perpendicular to each other. In this way, the firing pin can be stored very stable. The use of two symmetrically and diagonally adjacent rollers also opens up the possibility that advantageously an operable from an inserted cartridge signal: Pen passes between the two rollers so that it can be visibly presented via a viewing port on the back of the case of the weapon. This allows the shooter to see clearly whether the weapon is loaded or not. According to a further preferred feature of the invention, at least one further roller is arranged between the firing pin lug of the firing pin and the catching catch of the catching piece. As a result, the friction and the wear on the firing pin flag and catch catch and consequently the trigger weight can be further minimized. At this point it should be mentioned that from the document DE 41 25 148 Al a arranged on the catch of a catch piece role is known per se. It is particularly advantageous if the said other role is rotatably mounted on the firing pin flag to keep the moving mass of the catching piece low. Furthermore, it is particularly advantageous if the catch catch of the catching piece is wedge-shaped and cooperates with a complementary beveled firing pin flag. This allows the firing pin lug to slide over the capture catch during actuation of the knock-down mechanism, giving the shooter excellent control over the withdrawal process. Preferably, the catching piece has a bearing pin, which is displaceable within a slot arranged on the housing between two positions, wherein the catching piece rests in a position on a housing-fixed locking pin and so the Holds the firing pin flag and is released in the other position from the locking pin and the firing pin flag frees to knock off the firing pin. Thus, an accidental release of the firing pin, e.g. be excluded by a push or a fall. The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to embodiments illustrated in the accompanying drawings. In the drawings show: 1 shows a first embodiment of the stripping mechanism according to the invention with reference to a fragmentary, schematic axial section of a firearm; Figure 2 is a schematic radial section through the firing pin guide portion of the firearm of Fig. 1. Figures 3a and 3b are each a schematic side view of the stripping mechanism of Figure 1 in two different operating positions. 4 shows a second embodiment of the stripping mechanism according to the invention on the basis of a fragmentary, schematic axial section of a firearm; and 5 is a schematic radial section through the firing pin guide portion of the firearm of Fig. 4th In FIGS. 1 to 3 is shown in detail a gun 1 with a housing 1 ', and that part of the gun 1, which includes the basic components of their trigger and knock-off mechanism. The other components of the gun 1, such as barrel with cartridge chamber, lock, magazine, etc., which t l t * * * * * ··· «* I * i * t M · * • | * * I ^ »» »* *. , ..-. 6.-. , ♦ * * * * * * * * * «·« * «« ff * * · * * are of a conventional nature, are not shown for clarity of presentation. It goes without saying that the field of application of the knock-down mechanism described in detail below is not limited to pistols, but also extends to hunting rifles, sporting weapons, submachine guns and the like. The striking mechanism illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3 comprises a firing pin 3 which slides axially in a guide 2 of the housing 1 '. The firing pin 3 is acted on by a firing pin spring (not shown) in the direction of the cartridge chamber of the gun (in the drawings to the left ). The firing pin 3 has a radially projecting downwardly projecting firing pin lug 4, which is held on a chamfer 5 by a complementary wedge-shaped catching catch 6 of a movably mounted catching piece 7 when the striker mechanism is tensioned. The catching piece 7 has a bearing pin 8, which is displaceably and rotatably mounted within an elongated hole 9 formed on the housing 1 '. The catching piece 7 can thus be offset between two positions, u.zw. a first ready-shot or voltage position (Fig. 3a), in which the front part of the catching piece 7 rests on a housing-fixed locking pin 10 to lock the firing pin lug 4 on the catching latch 6, and a second firing or Abschlagstellung in which it moves backwards and is pivoted downwards past the stop pin 10 in order to release the firing pin 3 for cutting off. • «« · · · »I * ·« «« «* ·» » • · · · * _. * * * «I *» «* - · / * - · ♦ · * *« ·· * «» «« «« «·« «« «··· *. Fig. 3b shows the catching piece 7 in an intermediate position on the way to his tee position. Of course, this could also be the bearing pin 10 fixed to the housing and the slot 9 may be formed on the catching piece 7. To actuate the catching piece 7 is a trigger bar 11 which transmits the movement of a triggering tongue 12 on the catching piece 7. When the cartridge is knocked off, a housing slide 15 with the shutter (not shown) and the firing pin 3 are pushed back against the force of the firing pin spring by the recoil which occurs, in order to tension it again. During the backward movement of the carriage 15, the catching piece 7 pivots spring-driven upward again to catch the striker 3 moving forwards with the carriage 15 with the catching catch 6. A mounted in front of the catching piece 7 and against this spring-loaded lifter 14 engages under the forward movement of the catching piece 7 a front nose 13 thereof to lift the catching piece 7 via the locking bolt 10. At the end of the forward movement of the catching piece 7 this has the lifter 14 again pivoted so far forward that the nose 13 is released from this and the catching piece falls back on the locking pin 10, in its starting or clamping position shown in Fig. 3a. The gun 1 is now ready to fire again. The biasing force exerted by the lifter 14 on the catching piece 7 supports the movement of the trigger bar 11 upon actuation of the tongue 14, which reduces the trigger weight. -: 8th To reduce the deduction weight further, the following measures are used. To reduce the friction of the firing pin 3 in its guide 2, at least one roller 17 is arranged between the guide 2 and / or the housing 1 'on the one hand and the firing pin 3 on the other hand. The roller 17 is located radially on the firing pin lug 4 opposite side or half of the firing pin 3, one of the catching piece; 7 on the catch catch 6 and the firing pin flag 4 on the firing pin 3 exerted radial force component, which would otherwise cause tilting (tilting) or a friction increase of the firing pin 3 in the guide 2. For this purpose, the roller 17 preferably engages exactly diametrically to the firing pin lug 4 on the firing pin, even if this is not mandatory in simplified embodiments. Instead of a single roller, a plurality of rollers 17 may also be provided which may be e.g. engage one behind the other in the axial direction of the firing pin 3 on this and / or distributed over the circumference of the firing pin 3 are arranged. Also an extension to so-called. "Rollenteppiche " or ball bearing for supporting the firing pin 3 is possible. Figures 4 and 5 show such an alternative, particularly advantageous embodiment in which two rollers 17 ', 17 " between the housing 1 'and the guide 2 and the firing pin 3 are effective. The rollers 17 ', 17 " lie symmetrically and with oblique axes of rotation of the firing pin flag 4 ge 17 " go over before. The axes of rotation of the rollers 17 ', 4 4 «II 4 ·· ···· • * * * * tl t 4 given at right angles to each other, but also other angles between their axes of rotation would be conceivable, e.g. 30 ° or 60 °. In the embodiments shown, the rollers 17, 17 ', 17 " each rotatably mounted on the housing 1 'and the guide 2 of the gun. Alternatively, one, several or all of the rollers could also be mounted on the firing pin 3 itself, in particular on its side facing away from the firing pin lug 4, in order to absorb its radial forces. For example, a roll 17 or two rolls 17 ', 17 " be rotatably mounted in a recess formed on the firing pin 3 or bearing lugs formed thereon and roll on a linear guide of the housing 1 'or the guide 2, whereby the same effect can be achieved. The rollers 17, 17 ', 17 " may be cylindrical or toric (hoop-shaped) shaped or - especially if they roll on the firing pin 4 - be formed with a groove groove 18 at its periphery. It is also possible to use twin rolls, triplets, etc. To further reduce the frictional forces and thus the deduction weight on the tongue 12, one or more rollers between the catching catch 6 and the firing pin lug 4 can optionally also act. In the example shown, a roller 19 is rotatably mounted on the chamfer of the firing pin lug 4 exactly opposite the catching catch 6. Alternatively, the roller 19 could also be rotatably mounted on the safety catch 6. Thus, the shooter can recognize whether the gun 1 is ready to fire or not, a signal pin 20 may be provided which is spring loaded and is pushed by a cartridge inserted into the weapon to the rear so as to pass through a viewing port 21 of the housing 1 '. In the embodiment of Figs. 4 and 5, the signal pin 20 can be inserted between the two rollers 17 ', 17 " pass through what installation space, especially height, saves. The invention is therefore not limited to the illustrated embodiments, but includes all variants, combinations and modifications that fall within the scope of the appended claims.
